About the motel
Supreme Kink Motel is a small, appointment-only motel for adults who want a private space, done properly. No lobby. No signage. No small talk. You book a suite, you receive an address the morning of your window, and the rest of the evening belongs to you.
We are, in the plainest terms, a rental. We provide the room — the linens, the lighting, the quiet — and nothing else. What consenting adults choose to do inside is theirs alone.

Every suite sleeps two. Book by the four-hour window or overnight. Extensions on request, subject to the next reservation.

How it works

Send a reservation request with your preferred suite, date, and window. We reply within 12 hours.

We confirm your booking and take a refundable hold on file. Nothing is charged until arrival.

You receive the address and access code the morning of your booking. Contactless entry, private parking, no lobby.

The suite is yours for the window you booked. Extend on request. Housekeeping only enters after you leave.

Non-negotiable. These are the reason guests come back — and the reason we can offer this kind of space at all.
Every guest is a consenting adult, 18 or over. What happens inside is between the adults who booked the room — and them alone.
No signage. No front-desk lobby. Contact-light arrival. Names never leave our system. We do not confirm bookings to third parties — including partners, family, or press.
Every suite is fully turned over between guests by trained housekeeping. Linens, surfaces, and fixtures are inspected before every arrival. Housekeeping standards on request.
We rent private space to adults. We do not provide, arrange, or facilitate companionship of any kind, and any such activity is grounds for immediate termination of the booking.

There is no public signage, no lobby, and no shared corridors between suites. We do not confirm bookings to third parties. Payment appears on statements under a neutral trade name provided at booking.
No minors on the premises under any circumstances. No non-consenting activity. No illegal substances. No commercial filming without written agreement. Damage to the suite is charged at cost.
Personal items are welcome within reason. Anything large or unusual should be mentioned at booking so we can advise. All items leave with you at checkout.
Cancel up to 48 hours before your window for a full refund. Inside 48 hours we retain 50%. No-shows are charged in full. Full policy sent with your confirmation.
